I began my career in finance and consulting — learning how systems, structures, and decisions shape organisations. Over time, I realised the biggest performance gaps weren't in the data — they were in the disconnection between people and purpose.
From AI to Empathy
At P&G and IBM, I worked at the intersection of finance, regulation, technology and transformation. But the more we automated, the clearer it became: the next frontier of leadership wasn't artificial intelligence — it was authentic connection.
